Delivery
Processing Time
The time we need to prepare orders for dispatch varies. Products will be dispatched within 2-7 days from placing the order, unless specified on the specific product listing. This would be due to printing on demand, of which the product would be created within 7 days from the date of purchase. After the processing time the order will then be delivered in the post.
Delivery Categories
We have a few different delivery categories, ranging in price, but all being sent through Royal Mail Tracked 48hrs.
For items size A4 or smaller the price is a standard rate of £3.50
For items bigger than size A4 the price is a standard rate of £6.00
For orders £45 or over postage is free of cost
When the order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email of the shipping with the tracking number attached.
Where do we deliver to?
We currently only sell and send orders within the UK.
Returns & Refunds
We gladly accept returns within the qualifying information stated below.
Returns
If you receive your order and decide you would like to return your full order or a single product you purchased from us we can issue you a refund. Please note with this:
We only accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your order.
You have the physical or digital receipt of your order.
You will have to cover the cost of postage to return the item(s) to us and we would ask for it to be tracked postage, to ensure it arrives back to us.
If the product arrives back to us not in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
If the product arrives to you in a cello bag and greybeard, we would need those items returning too, so the product is in its original packaging.
If you are wanting to return an item to us email jodie@barrosprints.com. Once we receive the returned packaged we will inspect the product and then issue the return.
*Please note if you purchased any of our items from an in person market we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges.
Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged email jodie@barrosprints.com with your name, address and photos of the state the packaging and print arrived in, as close to the date that you received your order. We will aim to reply as soon as possible, within 7 days. When possible we can then send out a new print of what was originally ordered (postage covered) or if asked for a refund for the items purchased.
